A beautifully crafted piece from the mind of the “enfants terrible” of fashion. A real rebel, Jean Paul Gaultier was not afraid to take risks when it came to graphic designs in high fashion. Creating numerous sub labels and lines under his name helped the designer experiment with different cuts, motifs, and patterns. Until he took helm at Hermès as Creative Director, Gaultier was making pieces that were at one time too flashy and out of place in the fashion industry. Today however, his pieces are renowned collectibles for that very reason.
